Job Description
What's on your plate?
- Oversees quality, freshness, and food safety of products in a distribution center as they flow from suppliers through distribution centers to stores.
- Inspect quality of adequate samples of inbound and outbound warehouse products to ensure predefined quality standards are met
- Ensures 3rd party compliance with company policies and procedures for all activities related to stock management (inbound, storage, handling and outbound)
- Communicate with the commercial team regarding quality of products being received into the distribution center
- Conduct cycle counts
- Conduct regular check on ready to ship orders
- Report/Escalate any major issues noticed to IC management in a timely manner
- Monitoring performance of warehouse activities and practices, and preparing management and technical reports
- Determine/Recommend required enhancements and/or training needs for 3rd party staff and discuss with management
- Assess/Review implementation of approved policies & procedures and quality standards
What did we order?
- Atleast 3 years of experience in FMCG Retail business
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in English Language, Arabic preferred

ماذا يوجد في طبقك؟
- يشرف على جودة المنتجات ونضارتها وسلامتها الغذائية في مركز التوزيع أثناء تدفقها من الموردين عبر مراكز التوزيع إلى المتاجر.
- فحص جودة العينات الكافية من المنتجات الواردة والصادرة من المستودعات لضمان استيفاء معايير الجودة المحددة مسبقًا
- ضمان امتثال الطرف الثالث لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة لجميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة المخزون (الوارد والتخزين والمناولة والصادر)
- التواصل مع الفريق التجاري بخصوص جودة المنتجات التي يتم استلامها في مركز التوزيع
- إجراء عدد دورات
- إجراء فحص منتظم على الطلبات الجاهزة للشحن
- الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات رئيسية يتم ملاحظتها أو تصعيدها إلى إدارة IC في الوقت المناسب
- مراقبة أداء أنشطة وممارسات المستودعات وإعداد التقارير الإدارية والفنية
- تحديد/التوصية بالتحسينات المطلوبة و/أو احتياجات التدريب لموظفي الطرف الثالث ومناقشتها مع الإدارة
- تقييم/مراجعة تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة
ماذا طلبنا؟
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تجارة التجزئة للسلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الاستهلاك
- مهارات التواصل والتعامل الشخصي الجيدة
- الكفاءة في استخدام برنامج MS Excel
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، يفضل اللغة العربية
