Purpose:
Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and timely. Act as the primary technical coordination interface with the client to ensure their expectations are met. Ensure the project conforms to the client's approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.

Responsibilities:
- HSE Management:
Visibly support the Worley One-Way Program and maintain HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements are included in design and procurement. - Client Relationships:
Establish, maintain, and build healthy client relationships and resolve project issues as required. Proactively resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues with the client as they arise. Effectively manage assigned budgets within Worley’s total scope. - Scope Management:
Ensure compliance with WPMP and contract requirements. Apply an effective change control process. - Cost Control:
Monitor cost aspects of the project within direct control and forecast final costs, identify trends, and take action to avoid cost overruns. - Quality Management:
Support and comply with Worley policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Team Management:
Focus relevant team members on achieving milestones and other key project objectives. - Communications Management:
Ensure effective communication with the design team and third parties. Provide accurate, timely, and effective reporting to the Project Manager. - Risk Management:
Monitor the closure of all identified risks in the risk register and proactively search for other potential risks in the project. - Design Management:
Set clear objectives for the design team and manage inter-discipline interfaces effectively. Ensure the design team is aware of and complies with client requirements and applicable regulations and codes. - Procurement/Subcontracts Management:
Assist with procurement processes throughout the project to ensure goods meet specifications, are delivered on time, and are within budget.
What You Will Bring:
- Technical and Industry Experience:
Previous technical, practical, and leadership experience in the relevant discipline, with proven experience in leading a discipline design group.
Required:
- Education, Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
A recognized engineering degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.

الغرض:إدارة وتنسيق الأنشطة الهندسية متعددة التخصصات لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بشكل آمن وفعال وبتكلفة معقولة وفي الوقت المحدد. العمل كواجهة تنسيق فنية رئيسية مع العميل لضمان تلبية توقعاتهم. ضمان توافق المشروع مع أساس التصميم المعتمد من العميل وجميع المتطلبات التنظيمية والمعايير المعمول بها.المسؤوليات:
- إدارة HSE:
دعم برنامج وورلي One-Way بوضوح والحفاظ على التركيز على HSE داخل الفريق لضمان تضمين متطلبات OHSE في التصميم والتوريد. - علاقات العملاء:
إنشاء وصيانة وبناء علاقات صحية مع العملاء وحل مشكلات المشروع حسب الحاجة. حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالأداء والنطاق والجدول الزمني بشكل استباقي مع العميل. إدارة الميزانيات المخصصة بفعالية ضمن نطاق وورلي الكلي. - إدارة النطاق:
ضمان الامتثال لـ WPMP ومتطلبات العقد. تطبيق عملية التحكم الفعالة في التغيير. - التحكم في التكاليف:
مراقبة الجوانب المالية للمشروع ضمن السيطرة المباشرة وتوقع التكاليف النهائية، وتحديد الاتجاهات واتخاذ الإجراءات لتجنب تجاوز التكاليف. - إدارة الجودة:
المساهمة في دعم والامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات وإرشادات وورلي. - إدارة الفريق:
توجيه الأعضاء المعنيين في الفريق نحو تحقيق الإنجازات والأهداف الرئيسية للمشروع. - إدارة الاتصالات:
التواصل الفعال مع فريق التصميم والأطراف الثالثة. تقديم تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب إلى مدير المشروع. - إدارة المخاطر:
مراقبة إغلاق جميع المخاطر المحددة في سجل المخاطر والبحث استباقيًا عن مجالات أخرى قد تشكل خطرًا في المستقبل. - إدارة التصميم:
تحديد أهداف واضحة لفريق التصميم وإدارة التداخلات بين التخصصات بشكل فعال. التأكد من أن فريق التصميم على دراية ويلتزم بمتطلبات العميل والمعايير التنظيمية والمعايير المعمول بها. - إدارة المشتريات/المقاولات:
المساعدة في عمليات التوريد طوال المشروع لضمان أن البضائع تلبي المواصفات، ويتم تسليمها في الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية.
- الخبرة الفنية والصناعية:
خبرة تقنية وعملية سابقة وخبرة قيادية في التخصص المعني، مع خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مجموعة تصميم في هذا التخصص.
- التعليم، المؤهلات، الاعتماد، التدريب:
درجة هندسية معترف بها في التخصص المعني أو ما يعادلها.
- حالة مهندس محترف معتمد (CPEng).
