About the Job
Position: Architect Engineer
We are seeking an Architect Engineer from inside Kuwait 🇰🇼.
Working Hours: Full-time on-site
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Engineering
- 5+ years of architectural experience in stone and marble
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Experienced in writing official reports in English
- Fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Creating comprehensive shop drawings, including projections, facades, and sections
- Experienced in implementing projects and managing checklists for receiving and delivering work
- Conducting building structure measurements and producing detailed site plans with accurate measurements
- Performing precise quantity calculations
- Overseeing and following up on site installation work and supervising the work crew
- Attending on-site and in-office meetings
- Communicating with consulting offices and the owner
- Identifying client requirements and obtaining necessary data to complete architectural designs

المنصب: مهندس معماري
مطلوب مهندس معماري من داخل الكويت 🇰🇼
ساعات العمل: دوام كامل في الموقع
الخبرة والمؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمارة والعمل بالحجر والرخام
- إتقان برامج AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, وMicrosoft Office
- خبرة في كتابة التقارير الرسمية باللغة الإنجليزية
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث)
المسؤوليات:
- إعداد رسومات شاملة للمحلات التجارية، بما في ذلك الإسقاطات والواجهات والأقسام
- خبرة في تنفيذ المشاريع وإدارة قوائم فحص استلام وتسليم العمل
- قياس هياكل المباني وإعداد مخططات موقع تفصيلية بقياسات دقيقة
- القيام بحسابات دقيقة للكميات
- متابعة والإشراف على تركيب الموقع والعمل على توجيه فريق العمل
- حضور الاجتماعات في الموقع وفي المكتب
- التواصل مع المكتب الاستشاري والمالك
- تحديد متطلبات العميل وجمع البيانات اللازمة لاستكمال التصاميم المعمارية
