Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Catering Supervisor at MINI AND MANY in Qurain. The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring hygiene standards, managing food service operations, and facilitating communication with the team to deliver exceptional catering service.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Food Preparation and Service Skills: Proficiency in food preparation and service techniques.
- Knowledge of Hygiene Standards: Familiarity with hygiene standards in food handling.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with the team and clients.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience in Catering or Hospitality Industry: Previous experience is a plus.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene: Relevant certifications in food safety practices.
