Full Job Description:
As a Commercial Project Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified timeframes and budgets. You
will lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee all phases of project implementation, including risk management and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Ensure project risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated in a timely fashion.
- Oversee project interconnections and communicate project vulnerabilities, while addressing or escalating issues efficiently.
- Organize and supervise project execution, maintaining strict control over deadlines and financial constraints.
- Develop and supervise project plans, including frameworks, schedules, cost projections, and resource assignments.
- Maintain vigilant oversight of project milestones and accomplishments.
- Liaise with senior executives and stakeholders to align project goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
