Trainer and Maintainer

Full Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Trainer and Maintainer to design and deliver technical training programs that enhance individual and organizational performance. This role requires travel to various US or OCONUS locations and involves creating course

curricula, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring the effective evaluation of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
2. Develop course curricula, training modules, and instructional materials for technical training programs.
3. Coordinate class arrangements, conduct training sessions, and develop criteria to evaluate training effectiveness.
4. Assess training needs to determine the content of training materials.
5. Stay updated on IT training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
7. Moderate to lengthy travel to various US or OCONUS locations.

Required Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of qualified experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 6+ years of qualified experience and an associate degree, or 9+ years of qualified experience.
2. 2+ years of experience in providing instruction and training.
3. Army Basic Instructors Course (ABIC) or equivalent qualification.
4. Military or civilian formal certificates of training and instruction in maintenance-related fields.
5. Prior experience in training or maintenance on MRAP FOV systems.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to develop course curricula.
8. Experience in maintenance, repair, and technical work in commercial or military operations.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Must meet medical requirements for foreign travel into operational locations.
11. Valid driver’s license.
12. High school diploma or GED.
13. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Commercial or military experience with heavy-duty trucks, tractors, ground systems, or any diesel or gasoline-powered equipment or vehicles.
2. Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.

Clearance Requirements:

1. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
2. Ability to push, pull, and reach.
3. Ability to work with computers for long periods.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لتحسين أداء الأفراد والمنظمات.
2. تطوير المناهج الدراسية، والوحدات التدريبية، والمواد التعليمية لبرامج التدريب التقني.
3. تنسيق ترتيبات الدروس، وإجراء الدروس التدريبية، وتطوير معايير لتقييم فعالية التدريب.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

1. خبرة 3 سنوات على الأقل وشهادة بكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة، أو 6 سنوات خبرة وشهادة دبلوم، أو 9 سنوات خبرة.
2. سنتان على الأقل من الخبرة في تقديم التدريب.
3. دورة مدرب أساسي من الجيش الأمريكي (ABIC) أو مؤهل معادل.
4. شهادات تدريب وصيانة رسمية في المجال المدني أو العسكري.
5. خبرة سابقة في التدريب أو الصيانة على أنظمة MRAP FOV.
6. مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي ممتازة.
7. القدرة على تطوير مناهج دراسية.
8. خبرة في الصيانة والإصلاح والخبرة التقنية في المجال التجاري أو العمليات العسكرية.
9. إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
10. تلبية المتطلبات الطبية للسفر إلى مواقع تشغيلية.
11. رخصة قيادة سارية.
12. شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
13. القدرة على اجتياز فحص المخدرات ما قبل التوظيف.

المؤهلات المرغوبة:

1. خبرة في المجال التجاري أو العسكري مع الشاحنات الثقيلة، الجرارات، الأنظمة الأرضية، أو أي معدات تعمل بالديزل أو البنزين.
2. استعداد للسفر إلى مواقع داخل الولايات المتحدة أو خارجها.

1. القدرة على الحصول على تصريح أمني "Public Trust".

المتطلبات البدنية:

1. القدرة على التوازن والانحناء وحمل الأثقال والتمدد والركوع.
