Position: WMS Implementation & Support Consultants

Job Description:
- Analyze and document client business and process requirements (Blue-Print).
- Design and define systems/solutions based on the Blue-Print.
- Configure systems and customize as necessary.
- Manage functional integration with host and third-party IT systems.
- Set up and connect warehouse devices (RF terminals/scanners, printers, sorters, etc.).
- Prepare for go-live, execute go-live, and provide post-go-live support.
- Offer functional support and troubleshoot production issues during and after implementation.
- Support testing activities during client engagements, including test setup, use case refinement, execution, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor interfaces, alerts, job logs, and take ownership of actions required to resolve issues.
- Support patches and participate in disaster recovery activities.
- Provide feedback on implementation and support challenges to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate closely with key partners throughout the project lifecycle, including client teams and third-party teams.
Skills Required:
- Senior professionals with strong knowledge and experience in WMS principles and methodologies, with 2+ years of implementing advanced WMS solutions.
- Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience with Warehouse Automation (P2L, P2C, Put-Wall Voice Picking, etc.), Slotting, and Labour Management is a plus.
- Hands-on WMS implementation experience, including requirements collection and translating them into systems definitions.
- Good domain knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, put away, counting, picking, packing, shipping, etc.).
- Experience interfacing with ERP and other IT systems through EDI, XML, JSON, Web Services, etc.
- Familiarity with peripheral devices (RF, printers, sorters, etc.) and parcel & LTL management.
- Working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A driven individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.

- درجة هندسية في الهندسة الصناعية، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو مجالات ذات صلة.
- خبرة في أتمتة المستودعات (P2L، P2C، Voice Picking، إلخ) وإدارة العمل هي ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية في تنفيذ أنظمة WMS، بما في ذلك جمع المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى تعريفات الأنظمة.
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات المستودع (استلام، تخزين، عد، اختيار، تعبئة، شحن، إلخ).
- خبرة في التفاعل مع أنظمة ERP وأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأخرى من خلال EDI، XML، JSON، خدمات الويب، إلخ.
- إلمام بالأجهزة الطرفية (RF، الطابعات، الفرز، إلخ) وإدارة الشحنات الصغيرة.
- معرفة عملية بـ SQL وRDBMS، مع قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة، سواء كتابة أو شفهية.
- فرد مدفوع لديه مهارات استثنائية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على التعلم بسرعة.
