Full Job Description
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests, collecting necessary information.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Provide information about our Gym.
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed membership financial goals.
- Perform membership sale closing procedures including application & contract.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Customerservice attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Flexible to work on a rotational basis.
- English & Arabic speaker.
- Sales experience is a PLUS.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Contract length: 12 months.
Pay: KD300.000 - KD500.000 per month

- إدارة الحجوزات عبر الإنترنت والهاتف.
- إبلاغ العملاء بطرق الدفع والتحقق من بيانات بطاقاتهم الائتمانية.
- تسجيل الضيوف وجمع المعلومات اللازمة.
- الترحيب بالضيوف عند وصولهم.
- تقديم معلومات عن صالةالألعاب الرياضية لدينا.
- الرد على شكاوى العملاء بشكل مهني وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على برامج مبيعات العضوية والاحتفاظ بها لتحقيق الأهداف المالية للعضوية أو تجاوزها.
- تنفيذ إجراءات إغلاق مبيعات العضوية بما في ذلك الطلب والعقد.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- خبرة في العمل كموظف استقبال أو وكيل مكتب أمامي أو مندوب مبيعات أو دور مماثل.
- موقف خدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- مرونة في العمل بنظام التناوب.
- يتحدث الإنجليزية والعربية.
- الخبرة في المبيعات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل، عقد
- مدة العقد: 12 شهراً.
الراتب: 300.000 - 500.000 د.ك شهرياً
