- ابدأ عملية طلب الشراء من خلال طلب الفاتورة الأولية من البائع، ثم قم بإنشاء طلب شراء في SAP بعد التوفيق
- متابعة داخليًا للحصول على إصدار أمر الشراء بالكامل في النظام.
- التواصل بشأن تفاصيل طلب الشراء الصادر مع البائع والحصول على إقرار بتفاصيل الجاهزية الأولية.
- متابعة استكمال متطلبات مدة الدفع (خطابات الاعتماد، السلفة، الخ)
- متابعة مع البائع حتى الاستعداد لترتيب الشحنة.
- ترشيح وكيل الشحن للشحنة بعد تحليل عملية تقديم العطاءات
- متابعة ما قبل الشحن مع البائعين وشركات الشحن لضمان إدارة عمليات الشحن بشكل صحيح.
- إنشاء الشحنات في نظام SAP - إنشاء الوارد، إنشاء الشحنة، إنشاء التكلفة.
- عملية توثيق سابر للشحنات إلى المملكة العربية السعودية
- متابعة ما بعد الشحن مع البائع وشركات الشحن لجمع مستندات الشحن الأصلية في الوقت المحدد للتخليص الجمركي
- تتبع الشحنات وتحديث الأحداث في نظام SAP (ETD/ETA/ATP وما إلى ذلك)
- تسوية التناقض في الشحنة (الزيادة/النقص)
