We are looking for an HR officer to join our team! (JOIN IMMEDIATELY ONLY)
Job responsibilities:
- Handling HR duties such as Employee file, Salary Calculation, and Payroll.
- Make calculations for final indemnity (Resignation & Termination and dismissal).
- Coordinate disciplinary investigations, hearings, appeals, and grievances.
- Managing and helping in maintaining Personnel dossiers and data management in HR systems and records.
- Prepare Letters of offer, and letters of Appointment for the new employee and assist in preparing or updating employee contracts.
- Arrange and complete several employee forms such as permission forms, Business travel forms, Annual Leave Forms, Back from leave forms, Undertaking forms, Evaluations forms, sick leaves …. Etc.
- Monitoring employee attendance (fingerprint system) & prepare a monthly report.
Requirements:
- Must be a Bilingual. (Arabic & English)
- Bachelor's degree.
- Located in Kuwait
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the same role
- Logistics field experience is an advantage.
- Salary range (350-500) depends on experience years

مسؤوليات العمل:
- التعامل مع واجبات الموارد البشرية مثل ملف الموظف وحساب الراتب وكشوف المرتبات.
- إجراء حسابات التعويض النهائي (الاستقالة وإنهاء الخدمة والفصل).
- تنسيق التحقيقات التأديبية وجلسات الاستماع والطعون والتظلمات.
- الإدارة والمساعدة في الحفاظ على ملفات الموظفين وإدارة البيانات في أنظمة وسجلات الموارد البشرية.
- إعداد خطابات العرض وخطابات التعيين للموظف الجديد والمساعدة في إعداد أو تحديث عقود الموظفين.
- قم بترتيب وإكمال العديد من نماذج الموظفين مثل نماذج الأذونات، ونماذج سفر العمل، ونماذج الإجازة السنوية، ونماذج العودة من الإجازة، ونماذج التعهد، ونماذج التقييمات، والإجازات المرضية .... إلخ.
- مراقبة حضور الموظفين (نظام البصمة) وإعداد تقرير شهري.
متطلبات:
- يجب أن يكون ثنائي اللغة. (عربي انجليزي)
- درجة البكالريوس.
- تقع في الكويت
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس الدور
- الخبرة الميدانية اللوجستية هي ميزة.
- نطاق الراتب (350-500) يعتمد على سنوات الخبرة
