Requirements
Previous experience in food sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus
Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
Familiarity with POS systems
Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent service
Assist with orders, product information, and recommendations
Handle cash transactions and POS operations
Maintain product display and restock when needed
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales area
Coordinate with kitchen and pastry teams for smooth order preparation
Follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines
Report customer feedback or issues
Support sales promotions and upselling

المسؤوليات
استقبال العملاء وتقديم خدمة ممتازة
المساعدة في الطلبات، تقديم معلومات عن المنتجات والتوصيات
التعامل مع المعاملات النقدية وأنظمة POS
الحفاظ على ترتيب المنتجات وإعادة تعبئتها عند الحاجة
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة المبيعات
التنسيق مع فرق المطبخ والمعجنات لضمان إعداد الطلبات بسلاسة
اتباع إجراءات الشركة ومعايير النظافة والسلامة
الإبلاغ عن ملاحظات أو مشاكل العملاء
دعم الترويج للمنتجات وزيادة المبيعات عند الحاجة
