Requirements
3–5 years of experience in AHU, FCU, DX systems
Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field
Knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigeration cycles, and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with HVAC tools and instruments
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of AHU, FCU, and DX systems
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs
Replace faulty components such as motors, belts, filters, sensors, compressors
Clean and maintain coils, ducts, and ventilation systems
Ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
Prepare service reports and communicate findings
Attend emergency breakdown calls as needed

إجراء التفتيشات الروتينية والصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية
استبدال المكونات التالفة مثل المحركات والأحزمة والفلاتر والمستشعرات والضواغط
تنظيف وصيانة الملفات والقنوات وأنظمة التهوية
ضمان عمل الأنظمة بكفاءة وأمان
إعداد تقارير الخدمة وإبلاغ النتائج
حضور مكالمات الأعطال الطارئة عند الحاجة
