- Today, Bayan Dental services patients in 4 governates, and is aiming to expand its services by partnering with selective medical providers in Dermatology and Dentistry.
- Bayan Medical Company provides corporate support to all the subsidiary brands; Bayan Dental, Bayan Derma & Sky Dental by professional team in Marketing, IT, Finance, Government Affairs, Supply chain, and HR providing corporate-level services to the brands under the umbrella of Bayan Medical Company

Key Responsibilities
Receptionist
Greet and assist patients professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and front-desk operations
Provide excellent customer service and support daily administrative tasks
Contact Center Agent
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and information
Maintain accurate records and provide support to dental staff
Requirements
Receptionist
Previous experience in reception or customer service
Experience in the medical field preferred
Transferable residency and currently residing in Kuwait
Contact Center Agent
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the dental or medical field is an advantage
Fluent in Arabic
Transferable residency and currently residing in Kuwait
Available to join immediately

إدارة جدول المواعيد وعمليات الاستقبال
تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة ودعم المهام الإدارية اليومية
موظف/ة مركز الاتصال
التعامل مع المكالمات الواردة والصادرة بشكل مهني
مساعدة المرضى في الاستفسارات والمواعيد والمعلومات
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وتقديم الدعم لفريق الأسنان
المتطلبات
موظف/ة استقبال
خبرة سابقة في الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء
خبرة في المجال الطبي مفضلة
إقامة قابلة للتحويل ومقيم حاليًا في الكويت
موظف/ة مركز الاتصال
درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل ذي صلة
خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في دور مشابه
خبرة في المجال الطبي أو الأسنان تعتبر ميزة
إجادة اللغة العربية
إقامة قابلة للتحويل ومقيم حاليًا في الكويت
القدرة على الانضمام فورًا
