Responsibilities
Design & Execution: Plan and oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fuel/oil, and irrigation systems.
Fire Protection: Design and review specialized fire protection systems according to local regulations and project specs.
MEP Tendering: Prepare detailed BOQs, technical submittals, and material specifications for bid evaluations.
Coordination & Supervision: Sync with civil and electrical teams to ensure seamless delivery and monitor on-site installation quality.
Documentation: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintain rigorous project records.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: 5–7 years in construction; experience with PAWH (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) projects is a major plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Elite Fire, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose cost-effective technical solutions.
Languages: Bilingual (English & Arabic) is preferred.

المسؤوليات
التصميم والتنفيذ: تخطيط والإشراف على تركيب أنظمة التكييف (HVAC)، السباكة، مكافحة الحريق، والري.
أنظمة الحماية من الحريق: تصميم ومراجعة أنظمة الحماية الخاصة وفقاً للمواصفات واللوائح المحلية.
مناقصات الـ MEP: إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQs)، والتقديمات الفنية، ومواصفات المواد لتقييم العطاءات.
التنسيق والإشراف: التنسيق مع الفرق الإنشائية والكهربائية وضمان جودة التركيبات في الموقع.
التوثيق: إعداد التقارير الفنية وتحديثات الإنجاز والحفاظ على سجلات المشروع بدقة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (إلزامي).
الخبرة: من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في الإنشاءات؛ وتعتبر الخبرة في مشاريع المؤسسة العامة للرعاية السكنية (PAWH) ميزة إضافية.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان برامج AutoCAD، Elite Fire، وحزمة Microsoft Office.
الكفاءات: مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وتقديم حلول تقنية اقتصادية.
اللغات: يفضل إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
