Technical Excellence: Part-Time IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for office users and laptop hardware.
Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, MFA, and security settings.
Implement cybersecurity measures like endpoint protection and phishing awareness.
Handle laptop setup, reinstallation, and maintenance.
Manage network connectivity, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and basic networking.
Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues without supervision.
Based in Kuwait and available for part-time or on-call engagement.
