Gulf Center United Industrial Equipment Co. invites a detail-oriented Procurement & Planning Engineer to join our commercial powerhouse. If you are a strategic thinker with a background in mechanical engineering and industrial fabrication, this is your opportunity to lead complex projects to success.
Responsibilities
Manage the full procurement process, from receiving BOQs to issuing RFQs for international and local suppliers.
Develop detailed execution plans for structural steel, piping, tanks, and process equipment fabrication.
Coordinate logistics, including international shipping, ensuring compliance with INCOTERMS.
Maintain seamless communication between engineering, QC, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
Analyze supplier quotations and support the estimation team with commercial evaluations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 2–10 years in procurement or planning within the industrial/fabrication sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word); knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of INCOTERMS, fabrication processes, and international trade.
Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Location: Candidates must be residing locally in Kuwait.

المسؤوليات
إدارة عملية الشراكات بالكامل، من استلام جداول الكميات إلى إصدار طلبات العروض للموردين المحليين والدوليين.
تطوير خطط تنفيذ مفصلة لتصنيع الهياكل الفولاذية والأنابيب والخزانات ومعدات العمليات.
تنسيق العمليات اللوجستية، بما في ذلك الشحن الدولي، وضمان الالتزام بمصطلحات التجارة الدولية (INCOTERMS).
الحفاظ على تواصل سلس بين الأقسام الهندسية ومراقبة الجودة والموردين لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
تحليل عروض الأسعار ودعم فريق التقديرات في التقييمات التجارية.
المتطلبات
المؤهل: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة: من 2 إلى 10 سنوات في المشتريات أو التخطيط داخل القطاع الصناعي.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان برامج MS Office؛ ومعرفة ببرامج AutoCAD أو SolidWorks تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المعرفة: فهم عميق لمصطلحات التجارة الدولية وعمليات التصنيع.
اللغة: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) أمر ضروري.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت.
