About the job
Job description:
Design, prepare technical submittals, proposals of passive system, Networking Systems, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, SMATV, IPTV, Digital Signage, UPS, and Security etc. and Tenders submission and relevant procedures.
The Pre-Sales Engineer is a tech-savvy professional focused on technical presales support of Low voltage Systems Solutions.
This individual will help existing sales teams with new customer opportunities, translate customer technical requirements to a Low Voltage solution, drive the technical discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept.
Design and prepare bill of quantities for comprehensive Low voltage system for residential business, commercial & industrial clients, etc.
Provide expert level technical design and assistance to sales team/presales team in the field of Low voltage system.
Plan, design &/or engineer Low voltage system.
Contribute to Requests for Pricing (RFP’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s) responses.
Build, maintain and enhance customer relationships as applicable.
Check design compatibility/fitness of proposal for Low voltage system.
Preparing Technical submittals for projects designed and support if required in team members technical submittals.
Site surveys are conducted by project/Engineering department but if attendance is required same must be guaranteed.
Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes and designs.
Fully responsible on Bill of quantity and proposals prepared.

بناء العلاقات مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها وتعزيزها حسب الاقتضاء.
التحقق من توافق التصميم/ملاءمة الاقتراح لنظام الجهد المنخفض.
إعداد التقديمات الفنية للمشاريع المصممة والدعم إذا لزم الأمر في التقديمات الفنية لأعضاء الفريق.
يتم إجراء مسوحات الموقع من قبل قسم المشروع/الهندسة ولكن إذا كان الحضور مطلوبًا فيجب ضمان ذلك.
