Account Manager
About the job
At WIYAK, our purpose is to create seamless transportation experiences for our customers and foster a sense of community by nurturing the values that we stand for. For businesses, we are re-defining logistics by creating and encouraging digital business mobility solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager that will help transform WIYAK into its next phase of growth. Youll be responsible for managing WIYAKs growing corporate sales accounts and building new external relationships within our business-to-business (B2B) segment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and potential partners to accelerate adoption of WIYAKs enterprise product suite.
Conduct business reviews with existing corporate sales accounts and identify new opportunities to expand the relationship (i.e. cross-sell and/or up-sell to create more value for WIYAK and the client)
Collaborate with clients to implement a strategic plan that aligns with their long-term business goal.
Make recurring visits to our clients to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Maintain accurate records of our business development activities by generating insightful quantitative reports
Regularly collaborate with tech leaders, marketing, and CRM to effectively define and tailor the enterprise product suite to drive partner growth
Qualifications
Out of the box/strategic thinker
Previous account management experience
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
