Responsibilities
Cost Accounting: Monitor and control costs related to manufacturing, maintenance, and service projects.
Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed reports, manage cost structures, and ensure accurate allocation.
Cash Flow & Planning: Support budgeting efforts and cash flow forecasting for new projects.
Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and perform regular supplier reconciliations.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure full adherence to financial policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in cost accounting or financial analysis.
Industry Knowledge: Strong background in Manufacturing, Construction, or Industrial sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and Excel.
Nationality: Indian candidates are preferred (Local hire only).
Location: Must be residing in or able to work in Jahra, Kuwait.

المسؤوليات
محاسبة التكاليف: مراقبة والتحكم في التكاليف المتعلقة بالتصنيع والصيانة ومشاريع الخدمة.
التحليل المالي: إعداد تقارير مفصلة، إدارة هياكل التكاليف، وضمان التخصيص الدقيق للموارد.
التخطيط والتدفق النقدي: دعم جهود إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ بالتدفقات النقدية للمشاريع الجديدة.
إدارة الحسابات: التعامل مع الحسابات الدائنة وإجراء مطابقة دورية مع الموردين.
الامتثال والتدقيق: ضمان الالتزام التام بالسياسات المالية واللوائح ومتطلبات التدقيق.
التقارير: إعداد التقارير المالية اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية لمراجعة الإدارة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات فأكثر في محاسبة التكاليف أو التحليل المالي.
المعرفة بالصناعة: خلفية قوية في قطاعات التصنيع، الإنشاءات، أو القطاع الصناعي.
المهارات التقنية: إجادة أنظمة ERP، النمذجة المالية، وأدوات Excel.
الجنسية: يفضل المرشحون من الجنسية الهندية (توظيف محلي فقط).
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت وقادراً على العمل في الجهراء.
