Responsibilities
Civil Supervisor: Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work aligns with technical blueprints and quality standards.
Safety Supervisor: Implementing strict safety protocols on-site and conducting regular inspections to prevent hazards.
Coordinating between site workers and management to ensure project deadlines are met.
Monitoring material usage and maintaining detailed site progress reports.
Ensuring all site operations comply with Kuwait's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
In-depth knowledge of site safety standards and civil construction techniques.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant certifications in Civil Engineering or Health and Safety (HSE) are highly preferred.

المسؤوليات
مشرف مدني (Civil Supervisor): الإشراف على أنشطة البناء اليومية وضمان مطابقة العمل للمخططات الفنية ومعايير الجودة.
مشرف سلامة (Safety Supervisor): تنفيذ بروتوكولات السلامة الصارمة في الموقع وإجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية لمنع المخاطر.
التنسيق بين عمال الموقع والإدارة لضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع.
مراقبة استخدام المواد والحفاظ على تقارير مفصلة عن تقدم العمل في الموقع.
ضمان امتثال جميع عمليات الموقع للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في الكويت.
المتطلبات
خبرة مثبتة في دور إشرافي ضمن قطاع الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية.
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة قوى عاملة متنوعة.
معرفة عميقة بمعايير سلامة المواقع وتقنيات الإنشاءات المدنية.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على حل المشكلات.
يفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادات ذات صلة في الهندسة المدنية أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
