Responsibilities
Provide expert maintenance and repair for industrial kitchen equipment.
Troubleshoot and fix specialized machinery including dishwashers, Unox ovens, and chocolate machines.
Safely drive and transport equipment or tools to various client locations.
Ensure all technical repairs meet quality and safety standards for commercial kitchens.
Requirements
Proven technical knowledge of kitchen machinery (especially Unox ovens and chocolate machines).
Must hold a valid driving license.
Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in kitchen appliances.
Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company during client visits.
