Role description
This is a full-time on-site role for a client relations officer. The Client Relations Officer will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with the clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls
Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English)
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of Investment products and services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in a shift time.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
