Responsibilities
Lead the procurement engineering cycle and oversee supplier management for complex projects.
Analyze technical specifications and drawings to ensure precise material requirements.
Conduct high-level negotiations and vendor evaluations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Manage supply chain processes and provide accurate documentation and reporting.
Coordinate with technical teams using AutoCAD for drawing-related procurement needs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience: 7–15 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Industry Knowledge: Proven background in Construction, Water Treatment, Chemical, or Oil & Gas.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Competencies: Strong leadership, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.

المسؤوليات
قيادة دورة هندسة المشتريات والإشراف على إدارة الموردين للمشاريع المعقدة.
تحليل المواصفات الفنية والرسومات لضمان دقة متطلبات المواد.
إجراء مفاوضات رفيعة المستوى وتقييم الموردين لضمان الجودة وكفاءة التكلفة.
إدارة عمليات سلسلة التوريد وتقديم توثيق وتقارير دقيقة.
التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية باستخدام AutoCAD للمتطلبات المتعلقة بالرسومات الهندسية.
المتطلبات
المؤهل: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
الخبرة: من 7 إلى 15 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في المشتريات.
خلفية القطاع: خبرة في مجالات الإنشاءات، معالجة المياه، الكيماويات، أو النفط والغاز.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان برامج MS Office ومعرفة عملية ببرنامج AutoCAD.
الكفاءات: قيادة قوية، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
