- In 1983, Adel Alghanim along with other founders, established a telecommunications service provider called the Mobile Telecommunications Company (known today as Zain).
- The company quickly grew to become one of the most successful companies in the history of Kuwait. Over the next decades his entrepreneurial drive has taken him to new industries and new markets shaping a legacy of self made success.

Responsibilities
Leading and supervising workshop and bodyshop teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Providing expert technical and service advice to our valued customers.
Conducting quality control and final inspections to maintain the highest safety standards.
Managing parts consultancy, accident estimation, and service readiness workflows.
Supporting customer service operations and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: Proven professional experience specifically in the Automotive sector is mandatory.
Education: A University Degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet industrial quality standards.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT - TRAINER
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in Automotive.
- Bilingual.
- Professional in office programs specially PowerPoint.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- ➤ Evaluate employee skills, identify gaps, and determine training needs.
- Design and create instructional materials, lesson plans, and training modules.
- Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual, in-person) for various roles.
- Plan annual training schedules, refresher courses, and new hire onboarding.
- ➤ Monitors enrolment and attendance at training classes.
- ➤ Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance monitoring.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure learning translates to job performance.
- ➤Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.

- نمت الشركة بسرعة لتصبح واحدة من أنجح الشركات في تاريخ الكويت. وعلى مدى العقود التالية، قادته شغفه الريادي إلى صناعات وأسواق جديدة، ليُرسخ إرثًا من النجاح الذي صنعه بنفسه.
