Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Oversee technical, commercial, and planning departments to ensure project alignment with budget, time, and quality standards.
Safety & Quality: Implement and manage rigorous HSE and QA/QC protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment and superior construction quality.
Technical Execution: Provide engineering expertise in Civil, MEP, and Surveying fields, ensuring all designs and site works meet technical specifications.
Support Operations: Manage document control, administrative liaison (PRO), and on-site medical support (Nursing) to facilitate seamless project operations.
Commercial Oversight: Manage contracts, quantity surveying (QS), and commercial reporting to ensure financial health and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
Experience: Candidates must have extensive and proven experience in their respective roles within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Education: Relevant university degrees or professional certifications for technical and managerial positions.
Language: Bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) is mandatory for the PRO role and highly preferred for others.
Availability: This is an urgent requirement; candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period will be prioritized.
Gender: Male candidates specifically for the Nursing roles as per project site requirements.

المسؤوليات
القيادة والإدارة: الإشراف على الأقسام الفنية والتجارية والتخطيط لضمان توافق المشروع مع الميزانية والجدول الزمني ومعايير الجودة.
السلامة والجودة: تنفيذ وإدارة بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة (HSE) وضبط الجودة (QA/QC) الصارمة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وجودة بناء فائقة.
التنفيذ الفني: تقديم الخبرة الهندسية في مجالات الهندسة المدنية، والميكانيك والكهرباء (MEP)، والمساحة، وضمان مطابقة جميع الأعمال للمواصفات الفنية.
دعم العمليات: إدارة مراقبة الوثائق، والتعقيب الحكومي (PRO)، والدعم الطبي في الموقع (التمريض) لتسهيل سير عمليات المشروع بسلاسة.
الإشراف التجاري: إدارة العقود، ومسح الكميات (QS)، والتقارير التجارية لضمان الصحة المالية والامتثال طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

المتطلبات
الخبرة: يجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين خبرة واسعة ومثبتة في أدوارهم المعنية ضمن قطاع الإنشاءات أو البنية التحتية.
المؤهل العلمي: درجات جامعية ذات صلة أو شهادات مهنية للمناصب الفنية والإدارية.
اللغة: إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية شرط أساسي لوظيفة الـ PRO ويفضل لبقية الوظائف.
التوفر: هذا الطلب عاجل جداً؛ ستعطى الأولوية للمرشحين المتاحين فوراً.
الجنس: مطلوب ذكور حصراً لوظائف التمريض بناءً على متطلبات موقع المشروع.
