Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reception or reservations
Proficiency in Opera hotel management system is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Fluency in Arabic and English
Comfortable working independently and making small decisions without supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preference given to local candidates or those with prior hotel experience inside or outside Kuwait
