IT Support Officer
- Seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will handle technology requests received from staff, attend to minor repairs, and guide staff in using new systems in a timely and effective manner.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining the IT support software to track call logs and generate statistical reports, ensuring that all technical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on operations or infrastructure practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of educational technology tools and system management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- نبحث عن مسؤول دعم تقني للانضمام إلى فريقنا. في هذا الدور، ستتولى معالجة طلبات الدعم التقني الواردة من الموظفين، وإجراء الإصلاحات البسيطة، وتوجيه الموظفين في استخدام الأنظمة الجديدة بطريقة فعالة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- ستكون مسؤولاً أيضاً عن صيانة برامج دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتتبع سجلات المكالمات وإنشاء التقارير الإحصائية، مما يضمن سير جميع العمليات التقنية بسلاسة وكفاءة.
متطلبات:
- يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العمليات أو البنية التحتية.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات تكنولوجيا التعليم وإدارة الأنظمة.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل.
