Architectural Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural design concepts, plans, and elevations under the direction of senior staff.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
- Incorporate structural, mechanical, and electrical system layouts into architectural plans.
- Produce 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client reviews.
- Research building materials, products, and systems for project specifications.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, including interior designers and engineers.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and clients.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Assist during the construction administration phase by reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an architectural design role.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to produce clear and accurate technical drawings and documents.
- Strong visual and spatial awareness with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- المساعدة في تطوير مفاهيم التصميم المعماري والخطط والواجهات تحت إشراف كبار الموظفين.
- إعداد رسومات معمارية مفصلة ووثائق بناء باستخدام برامج CAD وBIM.
- قم بإدراج مخططات الأنظمة الهيكلية والميكانيكية والكهربائية في المخططات المعمارية.
- إنتاج نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد، ورسومات توضيحية، ومواد عرض لمراجعات العملاء.
- البحث عن مواد البناء والمنتجات والأنظمة اللازمة لمواصفات المشروع.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم الداخلية، بما في ذلك مصممي الديكور الداخلي والمهندسين.
- مراجعة وتعديل الرسومات بناءً على ملاحظات مديري المشاريع والعملاء.
- تأكد من أن جميع الرسومات تتوافق مع قوانين البناء واللوائح ومتطلبات تقسيم المناطق المعمول بها.
- المساعدة خلال مرحلة إدارة الإنشاءات من خلال مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والرد على طلبات المعلومات.
متطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التصميم المعماري.
- إتقان برامج التصميم المعماري (مثل AutoCAD و Revit و SketchUp و Adobe Creative Suite).
- فهم قوي لأنظمة البناء وأساليب البناء والمواد.
- معرفة قوانين البناء المحلية، وقوانين تقسيم المناطق، ومعايير إمكانية الوصول.
- القدرة على إنتاج رسومات ووثائق فنية واضحة ودقيقة.
- إدراك بصري ومكاني قوي مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات التواصل الفعال والعمل الجماعي.
