Marketing Coordnator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for carrying out a variety of marketing tasks and for the coordination of marketing activities and promotional events with the various divisional/sectional and departmental of the Medical Centers Division.
- 1) Manages frequent integrated marketing campaigns and other plans that drive leads, build awareness, or educate the market.
- 2) Monitors newspapers, magazines and social media as assigned with respect to competitor’s advertisements, healthcare events and news pertaining to healthcare innovations and prepares periodic reports of such monitoring activities, when required.
- 3) Works with advertising agencies, printing houses, photographers, social media and others as assigned in the preparation and production of media-based advertising and promotional campaigns.
- 4) Works with clinics doctors, nurses and clinic supervisors to encourage promotion of the company healthcare clinics and its services.
- 5) Maintains appropriate and consistent relationships with corporate partners and medical organizations in Kuwait for promotional support.
- 6) Participates in the preparations and arrangement of clinics promotional functions such as exhibits and conference, etc.
- 7) Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- 8) Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- 9) Scheduling social media posts as per the requirements

منسق التسويق
يتولى منسق التسويق مسؤولية تنفيذ مجموعة متنوعة من مهام التسويق وتنسيق أنشطة التسويق والفعاليات الترويجية مع مختلف الأقسام والشعب والإدارات التابعة لقسم المراكز الطبية.
- 1) يدير حملات التسويق المتكاملة المتكررة وغيرها من الخطط التي تجذب العملاء المحتملين، أو تبني الوعي، أو تثقف السوق.
- 2) يراقب الصحف والمجلات ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حسب التكليف فيما يتعلق بإعلانات المنافسين وأحداث الرعاية الصحية والأخبار المتعلقة بالابتكارات في مجال الرعاية الصحية، ويُعد تقارير دورية عن أنشطة المراقبة هذه، عند الاقتضاء.
- 3) يعمل مع وكالات الإعلان ودور الطباعة والمصورين ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وغيرهم حسب التكليف في إعداد وإنتاج الحملات الإعلانية والترويجية القائمة على وسائل الإعلام.
- 4) يعمل مع أطباء العيادات والممرضات والمشرفين على العيادات لتشجيع الترويج لعيادات الرعاية الصحية التابعة للشركة وخدماتها.
- 5) يحافظ على علاقات مناسبة ومتسقة مع الشركاء من الشركات والمنظمات الطبية في الكويت للحصول على الدعم الترويجي.
- 6) يشارك في التحضيرات والترتيبات الخاصة بالفعاليات الترويجية للعيادات مثل المعارض والمؤتمرات وما إلى ذلك.
- 7) مراقبة قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي لرصد اتجاهات الصناعة.
- 8) تطوير وتنسيق محتوى جذاب لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- 9) جدولة منشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وفقًا للمتطلبات
