2–3 years experience as a Welder Team Leader
Proven experience supervising welding teams in industrial/construction projects
Nationalities: Iranian, Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani
Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)
Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
Ability to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on site
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise welding team members
Ensure project deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team
