Missions & Responsibilities:
Create and execute a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Assist the Head Pastry Chef in menu development and quality control.
Innovate and present desserts with creativity and precision.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Supervise junior staff and provide training when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a pastry or bakery environment.
A culinary degree in Pastry Arts or related field is required.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for dessert presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
