Requirements
Sales Executive:
Proven experience in IT sales
Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
Confident, motivated, and customer-oriented
Knowledge of the Kuwait market
IT Technician:
Experience in IT support, troubleshooting & maintenance
Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and systems
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Experience with Hikvision and Dahua CCTV systems
Knowledge of ZKTeco time attendance & access control
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot systems
Basic networking skills
Minimum relevant experience
Responsibilities
Providing excellent IT solutions and support to clients
Managing and maintaining IT systems and equipment
Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service

معرفة بالأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات والأنظمة
القدرة على تشخيص المشكلات الفنية وحلها
مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء
خبرة مع أنظمة كاميرات Hikvision وDahua
معرفة بأنظمة حضور ومراقبة الوقت ZKTeco
القدرة على تركيب، تكوين، واستكشاف الأنظمة
مهارات شبكات أساسية
خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن الحد الأدنى
المسئوليات
تقديم حلول ودعم IT ممتاز للعملاء
