Responsibilities
Barista: Crafting high-quality specialty coffee, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring every customer receives a perfect cup with exceptional service.
Branch Supervisor: Overseeing daily cafe operations, managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene across the branch.
Customer Experience: Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and resolving any customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain the brand's reputation.
Requirements
Experience: Strong background in specialty coffee and cafe environments is mandatory.
Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner (available to start work right away).
Location: Local Candidates Only (must be currently residing in Kuwait).
Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Benefits

الباريستا: تحضير قهوة مختصة عالية الجودة، الحفاظ على نظافة المعدات، وضمان حصول كل عميل على كوب مثالي مع خدمة استثنائية.
مشرف الفرع: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمقهى، إدارة جداول الموظفين، مراقبة مستويات المخزون، والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة والنظافة في الفرع.
تجربة العميل: ضمان توفير أجواء ترحيبية وحل أي استفسارات للعملاء بسرعة واحترافية للحفاظ على سمعة العلامة التجارية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة قوية سابقة في مجال القهوة المختصة وبيئة المقاهي (شرط أساسي).
التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مستعداً للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل.
الموقع: للمرشحين داخل الكويت فقط (يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الدولة).
المهارات: تواصل ممتاز، نهج عمل استباقي، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.
