Responsibilities
Administrative Staff: Managing patient coordination, handling medical records with confidentiality, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations through effective front-desk and back-office support.
Nursing Staff: Providing high-quality clinical care, assisting doctors during procedures, monitoring patient health, and maintaining strict medical hygiene and safety standards.
Patient Relations: Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors, resolving inquiries, and facilitating a seamless patient journey.
Requirements
Licensing: Nursing candidates must hold a valid license to practice in Kuwait.
Experience: Relevant previous experience in the medical field is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
Language: Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
Residency: Must hold a transferable residency within Kuwait and be currently residing in the country.
Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a structured, professional medical environment.

الطاقم الإداري: إدارة تنسيق المراجعين، التعامل مع السجلات الطبية بسرية تامة، وضمان سير العمل اليومي في العيادة بسلاسة من خلال الدعم الإداري المتميز.
طاقم التمريض: تقديم رعاية سريرية عالية الجودة، مساعدة الأطباء أثناء الإجراءات الطبية، مراقبة حالة المرضى، والالتزام الصارم بمعايير النظافة والسلامة الطبية.
علاقات المرضى: ضمان توفير بيئة مهنية ترحيبية لجميع الزوار، الرد على الاستفسارات، وتسهيل رحلة المريض داخل المستوصف.
المتطلبات
الترخيص: يجب أن يحمل مرشحو التمريض ترخيصاً سارياً لمزاولة المهنة في الكويت.
الخبرة: يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة ذات صلة في المجال الطبي وتعتبر ميزة إضافية قوية.
اللغة: إجادة التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) أمر ضروري.
الإقامة: يجب حيازة إقامة قابلة للتحويل داخل الكويت مع الإقامة الحالية داخل الدولة.
المهارات: مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن بيئة طبية منظمة.
