Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or related field
5–8 years of galvanizing experience in mechanical or steel fabrication industry
Knowledge of hot-dip galvanizing processes and international standards (ASTM, ISO, BS)
Experience with GCC or international EPC projects is an advantage
Strong communication and reporting skills
Responsibilities
Supervise and control the hot-dip galvanizing process for fabricated steel structures
Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, BS, and client specifications
Monitor bath chemistry, temperature, and coating thickness
Identify and resolve galvanizing defects and quality issues
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and fabrication teams
Maintain safety, environmental, and operational standards
Prepare technical reports and process documentation
Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

معرفة عمليات الجلفنة بالغمس الساخن والمعايير الدولية (ASTM, ISO, BS)
خبرة في مشاريع EPC في دول الخليج أو دولية تعتبر ميزة
مهارات قوية في التواصل وإعداد التقارير
المسؤوليات
الإشراف والسيطرة على عملية الجلفنة بالغمس الساخن للهياكل الفولاذية المصنعة
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير ASTM و ISO و BS ومتطلبات العميل
مراقبة كيمياء الحمام ودرجة الحرارة وسمك الطلاء
تحديد وحل مشاكل الجودة وعيوب الجلفنة
التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج وضمان الجودة والتصنيع
الحفاظ على معايير السلامة والبيئة والتشغيل
إعداد التقارير الفنية وتوثيق العمليات
دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتقليل التكاليف
