Civil Engineer or Architect based in Kuwait
Transferable visa (Article 18)

Experience in reviewing drawings, BOQ, specifications, and material selection
Responsibilities
Review project drawings and specifications
Assist in material selection and procurement
Ensure compliance with quality standards in all finishes
