18 regular visa holders between 23 – 26 years
Experience: 1-2 Years
Responsibilities: Receiving all documents related to the period of report and arrange in the google drive file monthly.
• Arrange the invoices by suppliers and entered into Excel sheet file.
• Preparing the assistant excel sheets to help the Senior bookkeeper in performing all transactions related to the period of report such as calculating leave provision and end of service indemnity provision.
• Assign some Senior’s duties such as matching monthly sales with platforms as well as customer balances and suppliers
