Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
- Daily cash box reconciliation.
- Prepares GL EXP - Petty Cash - Payroll - Projects Permissions.
- Responsible for all bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts (Lc/Lg)
- Performs audits of accounts that are in the system.
- Review and approve time sheets for work related to a project
- Analyze intercompany transactions, bank statements, and generate invoices.
- Create Fixed Assets Control.
- Creating and managing on-going project accounts
- Investigate all project expenses not billed to customers.
- Oversee AP/AR Work.
- Presenting project account details during audits.
- Other related duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements:
• BS degree in Accounting٫Finance.
• Experience with ERPSYS Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Prefer Experience in information Technology Filed.
• Proficient in MS Office٫especially Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent command of English – Arabic.
• Can join Immediately.
• From inside Kuwait.
• Prefer Driver’s License.

المهام الأساسية:
- تحليل البيانات المالية بحثاً عن أي اختلافات أو مشاكل.
– الاحتفاظ بالسجلات المتعلقة بالمشروع، بما في ذلك العقود وأوامر التغيير
- تسوية صندوق النقد اليومي.
- إعداد GL EXP - المصروفات النثرية - كشوف المرتبات - أذونات المشاريع.
- مسؤول عن جميع التسويات المصرفية لحسابات بنكية متعددة (Lc/Lg)
- يقوم بمراجعة الحسابات الموجودة في النظام.
- مراجعة واعتماد الجداول الزمنية للعمل المتعلق بالمشروع
– تحليل المعاملات بين الشركات وكشوف الحسابات المصرفية وإنشاء الفواتير.
- إنشاء مراقبة الأصول الثابتة.
- إنشاء وإدارة حسابات المشروع الجارية
- التحقيق في جميع مصاريف المشروع التي لم يتم إصدار فاتورة بها للعملاء.
- الإشراف على عمل AP/AR.
- تقديم تفاصيل حساب المشروع أثناء عمليات التدقيق.
- واجبات أخرى ذات صلة حسب التعيين أو الحاجة.
متطلبات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة.التمويل.
• تجربة مع ERPSYS Dynamics 365.
• 5+ سنوات من الخبرة المحاسبية.
• يفضل الخبرة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات المقدمة.
• يتقن برامج MS Office، وخاصةً برنامج Excel.
• مهارات التواصل الجيد.
• مهارات تحليلية وكمية قوية.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية – العربية.
• يمكن الانضمام فورا.
• من داخل الكويت.
• يفضل رخصة القيادة.
