1. 3 to 5 years’ Experience as HR Manager in Kuwait.
2. Strong experience in All HR & Admin functions.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
5. Experience in developing and implementing HR Strategies, polices & procedures.
6. Collaborate with top management to develop and implement organizational development strategies.
7. Ensue the development of compensation & benefits programs policies and approaches.
8. Strong experience in overseas and local recruitment.
9. Nationality: Lebanon - Jordanian

6. التعاون مع الإدارة العليا لوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التطوير التنظيمي.
7. متابعة وضع سياسات ونهج برامج التعويضات والاستحقاقات.
8. خبرة قوية في التوظيف الخارجي والمحلي.
