ESTIMATION ENGINEER-PLUMBING & FIREFIGHTING
- Bachelor engineering in Mechanical Engineering with 10-12 years' experience in estimation and preparation of offers / tenders.
- Knowledge of the practices, techniques and materials used in the plumbing and firefighting systems and skills in the application of such practices, techniques and international and local standards like NFPA, KFD etc.
- Expert with all-round knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts
- Strong MS Office skills and advanced knowledge of estimating software programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Execution experience on few projects will be an added advantage.

مهندس تقدير-السباكة ومكافحة الحرائق
- بكالوريوس هندسة في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع خبرة 10-12 سنة في تقدير وإعداد العروض/المناقصات.
- المعرفة بالممارسات والتقنيات والمواد المستخدمة في أنظمة السباكة ومكافحة الحرائق والمهارات في تطبيق هذه الممارسات والتقنيات والمعايير الدولية والمحلية مثل NFPA وKFD وغيرها.
- خبير يتمتع بمعرفة شاملة باستراتيجيات وتقنيات التقدير وعقود البناء
- مهارات قوية في MS Office ومعرفة متقدمة بتقدير البرامج.
- مهارات الاتصال اللفظي والكتابي قوية.
- ستكون الخبرة في التنفيذ في عدد قليل من المشاريع ميزة إضافية.
