Job Requirements:
- Management Information System – Development and Reporting
- Must be well conversant with the preparation of Annual OPEX Budget (Spares, Services, etc.), Interact between the Management and the Factory (to the Levels of Plant Manager, Head of Departments, etc.), to get the Annual Budget approved (from the Management), Review / Monitor the Budget and ensure that the Operations are carried out within the Targets set by the Management.
- Advice the CEO with calculations / scenarios, on the optimum use of various mixes of Raw Materials, Fuels, etc., to ensure that the OPEX Costs are low and profitability of the Company and value to the Shareholders are always on an increasing trend.
- Must be able to handle the Purchasing Functions (pertaining to Spares and Services) and advice the CEO regarding the best Purchase option for Spares and Services
- Must have knowledge on calculations pertaining to OPEX and advising the CEO on the correct Fuel Mix to be used, while using conventional Fossil Fuels (like Coal) with other Alternative Fuels (TDF, RDF, etc.).
- Must be well conversant in the preparation / review of Contracts pertaining to Spares, Services, Raw Materials, Fuels, etc.
- Must be comfortable with working in an ISO 9001:2015 environment.
- Must be well conversant with working in Oracle / SAP Operating Systems for all Accounting / Purchasing Functions.
