IT Admin & End User Support Specialist
- Lead Training and Support for all core operational systems and customer facing applications (Onsite and Via WebEx).
- Drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with IRR priorities.
- Review and distribute User Releases/Helpful hints and training manuals to Super / End users where necessary
- Drive cross functional alignment on country training needs (HR/FiCO/Products)
- Drive standardization & process optimization in close cooperation with Regional BPST manager
- Define and provide training courses to provide targeted, process-oriented training programs
- Perform service desk procedures effectively
- Apply corporate security policies and procedures to end users
- Ensure all IT telecom, voip, switching and routing infrastructure installations and setups are met industrial standards and complie detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy
- Develop and support IT telecom and network infrastructure solutions with agreed deliverables
- Plan and assess integration with IT applications and systems services where required to eliminate system hindrances
- Draft and execute software testing and debugging plans to ensure functionality and quality
Business Development Manager
- Support administration of field sales plans and processes to achieve sales objectives and revenue growth for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment.
- Seek opportunities for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts
- Identify and contact prospective customers, assess customer needs and match with own products/ service/ alternative products/ services.
- Put up sales presentations, bids, etc., provide product/ service information and follow up on quotes to close business.
- Collaborate with relevant local, district and regional management to coordinate customer requests and products/ services that are being promoted.
- Coordinate sales efforts with inside sales and provide information on competitors and suppliers to product management.
- Regularly correct issues or problems in existing systems and processes and make minor changes to achieve the enhancements in day-to-day activities.
- Often explain and convince external parties such as skeptical customers, distributors, etc. who are skeptical or unwilling to accept proposals or where decision making process and standards are defined and mandatory.
- May provide functional advice or training to less experience field sales positions.
