Ortho Application Specialist
Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Orthopedic Application Specialist.
- The Orthopedic Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support and technical troubleshooting for orthopedic Surgeons.
- They will also be responsible for communicating with ORTHO Drs to understand their needs and provide technical support.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate and maintain good business relations with Key customers .
- 24/7 Technical support for Orthopedic Surgeons .
- Work with Sales team to develop Strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message .
- Ensure the achievement of Customer Satisfaction following AUMET values and strategies .
- Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation / Cases reporting to Direct Manager.
- Share market feedback's, knowledge and experience gained from the assigned customers.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting skills
- Application Support and Technical Support skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in Orthopedic surgery 1-2 years at Least .
- BSC of ( Science - Pharmacy - Nursing - Veterinary Medicine ).
- Transferable Visa.
- Driving License.
- Excellent command of English.
