E-Commerce Growth Manager / Electronics
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Growth Manager located in Kuwait.
- The E-Commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with driving growth in our online sales.
- This includes drive revenue, expand market presence, and maximize profitability for online business. Implement effective strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, ultimately driving exponential growth.
Essential Job Roles:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Onsite personalization
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing. Electronics experience would be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
