1-Officer Ticketing, Sales
Job Description
- Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for the position of Officer Ticketing, Sales in the Sales department, in this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Basic Function and Scope :
- Provides an efficient and courteous sales/ticketing service for KAC customers and issues, reissues, endorses and reroutes passenger air tickets in accordance with set procedures, ensuring accuracy of data on ticket coupons and in computer terminal.
- Assists customers with routings, hotel bookings, fare calculations, special requests, etc. as necessary.
Tasks and Duties :
- a. Discusses fares and routes with customers and issues, reissues, endorses and reroutes tickets in accordance with established detailed procedures. Includes accurately calculating fares, booking flights, filling in coupons and routing copies to proper files.
- b. Assists clients with routings, hotel bookings, fares information, seat selection, special meals, special handling for handicapped persons etc., and provides any other assistance as necessary.
- c. Reconfirms and/or cancels flight reservations for customers as requested. Includes inputting required data in assigned computer terminal.
Requirements
- Completion of High School (12 years) education.
- 2 Years experience in similar filed.
2-Sales Representative
Tasks and Duties :
- a. Assists assigned supervisor in compiling the information pertaining to Government sales promotion activities achieved by assigned area. Includes analyzing sales reports and clients cards, collecting related data and preparing necessary statistical reports to be used in further planning activities.
- b. Assists Supervisor in analyzing and achieving assigned sales promotion plans. Includes receiving a copy of approved sales plan and targets, assisting Supervisor in allocating targets to Sales Representatives in assigned area, following up on their performance, analyzing major deviation from targets and drafting reports recommending corrective actions.
- c. Visits IATA and non-IATA Travel Agencies to promote related sales and collect information for monitoring their productivity and practices of other carriers and their agents. Assists in solving KAC agent’/clients’ problems and coordinates with reservation and traffic staff to provide booking facilities and special traffic handling for inclusive tours organized by KAC agents.
Requirements
- Completion of High School (12 years) education.
- 4 years of experience in the field of ticket reservations and sales, preferably two years as a ticket sales representative.

الوظيفة الأساسية والنطاق:
- يوفر خدمة مبيعات/حجز تذاكر فعالة ومهذبة لعملاء شركة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية ويصدر تذاكر طيران الركاب ويعيد إصدارها ويؤيدها ويعيد توجيهها وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة، مما يضمن دقة البيانات الموجودة على قسائم التذاكر وفي محطة الكمبيوتر.
- يساعد العملاء في تحديد المسارات وحجوزات الفنادق وحسابات الأسعار والطلبات الخاصة وما إلى ذلك حسب الضرورة.

2- مندوب مبيعات
المهام والواجبات :
- أ. يساعد المشرف المعين في تجميع المعلومات المتعلقة بأنشطة ترويج المبيعات الحكومية التي تحققها المنطقة المخصصة. يشمل تحليل تقارير المبيعات وبطاقات العملاء وجمع البيانات ذات الصلة وإعداد التقارير الإحصائية اللازمة لاستخدامها في أنشطة التخطيط الإضافية.
- ب. يساعد المشرف في تحليل وتحقيق خطط ترويج المبيعات المخصصة. يتضمن تلقي نسخة من خطة المبيعات والأهداف المعتمدة، ومساعدة المشرف في تخصيص الأهداف لممثلي المبيعات في المنطقة المعينة، ومتابعة أدائهم، وتحليل الانحراف الكبير عن الأهداف، وصياغة التقارير التي توصي بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ج. زيارة وكالات السفر التابعة للاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي وغير التابعة للاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي لترويج المبيعات ذات الصلة وجمع المعلومات لمراقبة إنتاجيتهم وممارسات شركات النقل الأخرى ووكلائها. يساعد في حل مشاكل وكيل/عملاء KAC والتنسيق مع موظفي الحجز وحركة المرور لتوفير مرافق الحجز والتعامل مع حركة المرور الخاصة للجولات الشاملة التي ينظمها وكلاء KAC.
