Senior Research Assistant
• Background in clinical/medical mycology and immunology
• background in confocal laser scanning microscopy
• familiarity with biosafety level 3 (BSL-3) working conditions
• Preference will be given to graduates of Kuwait University in the first instance and then to candidates with 3+ years experience post-MSc
• Strong background in mammalian tissue culture (adherent cell lines/primary cells of murine and human origin)
• Strong background in fundamental molecular biology, biochemical, and serological techniques, including (but not limited to): ELISA, qRT-PCR, Western blotting
• Strong background in routine cultivation of fungi

• خلفية قوية في علم الأحياء الجزيئي الأساسي والتقنيات الكيميائية الحيوية والتقنيات المصلية، بما في ذلك (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر): ELISA، qRT-PCR، Western blotting
• خبرة قوية في الزراعة الروتينية للفطريات
