Operations Manager
- Nasco Group is seeking a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our group’s operations.
- Their role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
- The Operations Manager will oversee logistics, supply chain, IT, and technical departments.
- The post-holder will be reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- • Perform quality controls and monitor operational KPIs.
- • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Requirements and skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or any related field from a reputable university.
- • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
- • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
