THE OPPORTUNITY - MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE
This position works out of our Kuwait office in the Established Pharmaceutical division.

As a Medical Representative, you’ll be responsible for consistent sales growth and achievement of goals and targets for our business in the assigned regions, while collaborating among other team members and sharing knowledge and increase efforts towards aligned sales plans by finding opportunities, improving and gaining new business while maintaining the existing business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Organizing appointments and meetings with HCPs.
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of HCPs.
- Demonstrating and presenting Abbott EPD products to HCPS.
- Building and maintaining a good business relationship with Customer.
- Plan and schedules weekly and monthly timetables for the day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
- Responsible for an assigned geographic area with corresponding sales performance plan.
- Providing consistence market feedback.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational qualification in pharmaceutical/medical science.
- 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales in the Kuwait market.
- Primary care and Women health / gastro therapy area experience in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

ماذا ستفعل
- تنظيم المواعيد والاجتماعات مع أخصائي الرعاية الصحية.
- تلبية احتياجات العمل والعلم لممارسي الرعاية الصحية.
- عرض وتقديم منتجات Abbott EPD إلى HCPS.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقة تجارية جيدة مع العملاء.
- تخطيط ووضع جداول زمنية أسبوعية وشهرية للأنشطة اليومية مع مؤشرات أداء رئيسية واضحة.
- المسؤول عن منطقة جغرافية محددة مع خطة أداء المبيعات المقابلة.
- توفير ردود فعل متسقة للسوق.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- مؤهل تعليمي في العلوم الصيدلانية / الطبية.
- - خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال مبيعات الأدوية في سوق الكويت.
- يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في مجال الرعاية الأولية وصحة المرأة / علاج الجهاز الهضمي في أبو ظبي.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- القدرة المؤكدة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
