Sales Supervisor
About this job
- Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
- Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company must stock list.
- Ensure the correct visibility and display according to NADA ’Picture of Success’ standards in all outlets under his supervision.
- Conduct a minimum of 4 ‘work with’ on job training weekly.
- Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.
- Responsible to maintain and develop product distribution targets under his area of supervision.
- Responsible to deliver monthly sales volume and wastage targets for his supervisory area.
- Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit daily.
- Review and manage daily branch unsold with other area supervisors.
- Responsible for the investigation and control of non-compliance to company standards and policies.
- Responsible for direct reporting of any issue related to sales team, operation, customers.
- Responsible of developing the area adding new spaces, shops, HORECA customers and catching loss opportunities.
- Responsible of promotion utilization across retail channel.
- Responsible of company assets ‘Coolers‘ in the market.
- Responsible to send all routes to the market and manage all sudden issues.
- Responsible of NPD Listing, Distribution, implementation.
- Ensure all market activities are reporting to country manager daily bases and helping to settle the right action.
