Analyst, Finance
Full job description
- Reporting to Operations Controller or Assistant Controller the Analyst,
- Finance role will be tasked with performing a variety of accounting duties in support of monthly reporting, month-end close, and processing of accounts receivable and cash.
- Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Process month-end journal entries
- Assist with the month-end closing process
- Reconcile Inter- Company accounts at month-end and mid-month
- Process Accounts payable invoices & assist in setting up wire transfers
- Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepares bank reconciliations weekly and uploads checks daily
- Processes Journal Entries to clear reconciling items
- Prepares the monthly Cash forecast for three companies
- Assists with the month-end binder and excel spreadsheet
- Performs such other duties as the supervisor may deem necessary
- Ensures all Journal entries are checked in and filed for all companies
- Works with the auditors in providing supporting documents
Qualifications:
- Accounting Degree
Experience/Competence:
- 1-3 years of working in an Accounting department in Kuwait
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical terminology, interpretation and experience in procedures and principles employed in applicable areas.
- SAP Experience preferred

- يؤدي أي واجبات أخرى قد يراها المشرف ضرورية
- التأكد من تسجيل جميع القيود اليومية وتسجيلها لجميع الشركات
- يعمل مع المدققين في توفير المستندات الداعمة
مؤهلات:
- درجة المحاسبة
الخبرة/الكفاءة:
- 1-3 سنوات من العمل في قسم المحاسبة في الكويت
- أثبت المعرفة بالمصطلحات الفنية والتفسير والخبرة في الإجراءات والمبادئ المستخدمة في المجالات المعمول بها.
- يفضل الخبرة في SAP
